Their widely-reported sales practices and their me...

Their widely-reported sales practices and their methods of arbitrarily excluding reviews from overall ratings make me not trust yelp. I don't use it anymore. And I'm loathed to give more to google, but what else is there? facebook, tripadvisor, and zomato in some places sometimes?

And no, I've never had a consumer-facing business which could have been a customer for yelp. That's not my axe to grind.

have already deleted yelp account and app. don't use it anymore.
