+ Convenient Cafe ( & restaurant/bar) in lobby
+ Gallery like feel throughout main floor
+ Great staff. I swear every employee says hello with a smile.
+ If you re not on the first floor / facing Lafayette St on a Friday - Saturday it is quiet.
- Towels need upgraded - you d expect better quality with the attention to so many other details.
- Due to the vintage charm you can hear neighbors and staff closing doors and walking down hallways.

Stayed here twice already, and will likely continue doing so in the future.
