I called Vanderbilt today and first spoke with Julie, customer service representative.

She was very knowledgeable and went the extra yard in helping me pay off my home by getting authorization to over ride the standard amount allowed.
Not only that she was positive, friendly, and so patient .

I talked to other representatives and no one offered this convenient way to pay..... Especially with Covid 19 pandemic. This is what older people look for in service excellence.
Thank you for employing such a great employee.

Also I spoke with Regina who was also a big help, friendly and very positive.
