Ordered sweet chilli chicken with veg, rice, chips...

Ordered sweet chilli chicken with veg, rice, chips and prawn toast last night. Turned up after 1 hour 25 mins!! So late!! Food was cold and chicken tasted cross contaminated with fish!! And it had cucumber in, after eating chinese all of my life ive never ever heard of cucumber in a dish! I rang up and could not get through to politely let them know i was unsatisfied. The owner was VERY VERY RUDE told me im awkward because i requested either a full refund or the meal to be cooked again so it was all fresh and warm. The owner then turned up to my front door without my chips, bearing in mind it was now after 10pm!! The owner pretended to just be a delivery driver and played dumb, ive then gone on the facebook page today to see a photo of him posing outside his shop!! He is the most rude business man ive ever known and being a business owner myself i will make sure that every single one of my clients know about my experience. You do not deserve to be in business with such a disgraceful attitude and certainly should not lie to their customers who give them their hard earned cash just to remain hungry still!!!
