All personnel were courteous and friendly. The patient flow was handled efficiently and professionally. The surgery was a success. However, just as in all other hospitals, despite any minor preferences/requests you may have regarding your operation, such as wanting to meet those that will be in the OR room working your case before you are put under anesthesia, will not be respected in lieu of the hospitals preset protocols.
