I hate what this management company has done to my favorite apartment complex. They have completely demolished the human element of their properties and turned everyone into robots with preprogrammed answers. My favorite property managers turned cold and heartless overnight for fear of losing their jobs. To put it plainly, this company sucks. Do not trust them to manage your properties.
