In December 2017, my mother came here. Within a month she had left us as the technology and methodology here is just insufficient and couldn't keep up with her needs. I'm currently here with my father and I'm sort of disgusted (as always) to say the least... Every time I am here, it's a 4-6 hour wait until you can even be seen let alone get a room. I understand nurses are understaffed and overworked, but going to an emergency room, you'd expect to be seen as soon as possible. The triage rooms are dirty. Triage staff is unsympathetic.

To be truthful, I'm only here because this place is closest to my home and my father needed urgent care. I was going to take him to Mercy instead. Regretting our decision, I wouldn't come here if I did something as simple as broke my finger.

Don't get me wrong. Some of the staff here is wonderful. I just can't understand how someone can go to an ER and not be seen until hours and hours later. Go to University of Maryland or Mercy instead, please.
