My experience started with Eric coming outside just to ask if I needed help. (Very unusual in my experience with Harley dealerships) He was gracious with his time, answered questions, took me through the store introducing me to the parts and then service department folks. Granted, I didn't spend a penny on my first trip in, but was treated as though I had bought the business. Now, three weeks and $2000 spent on parts, accessories, and clothing, I'll drive out of my way to make this my "home" store. Great, great job guys! You could teach a class for all H-D Dealers!
