Called to get an oil change. Thought I was setting...

Called to get an oil change. Thought I was setting an appointment. Not, but thats ok, I can wait a little. Asked for a price up front for an oil change. Was told $126.00, a little high (as I have had it changed in several cities in several states.) (Range being $95.00 to $121.00) Went to pay and its $158.00....what's the difference? Never got a straight answer other than washer fluid, which I never asked for. Come on, its $3.00 at the store for the rainx type.
Never, never trust this dealership!
