Rooms and public areas in desperate need of renovation. Room smells humidity, dirty and old. When I was showering and my wife opened sink tap I got burnt with hot water. Pool cold and dirty tiles. Room service menu has around 40 bottles of wine to choose from while in restaurant only 5 red and 5 white... they could not give me the room service wine list in the restaurant!?! Food was ok.. nothing wow. Only one bar in lobby and close at 10pm!! Overall considering the price you pay not good value for money. When I was polity telling the reception on check out that I expected better and mentioned some issue the guy kept smiling and say nothing. Not even a sorry! Stay Fleur de Chine, half the price, warm indoor pools, bar open till midnight and better overall.
