An absolutely stunning hotel in a beautiful location. We had the most amazing time. The staff are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Cascades Restaurant serves brilliant food (especially the breakfasts)! The Spa is highly recommended, and please have at least one meal in the new Aperitif Restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Our villa with private pool was fantastic, beautifully appointed, and with great views out over the valley and jungle. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough, in particular every single member of staff, who made us feel so special throughout our six night stay. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Ubud, there is only one place I would want to stay, and that is The Viceroy.
