I have found the customer service at iiNet to be absolutely first class. The technical support person is ever so polite and patient. Whenever I have had an issue with my phone or internet he has persisted until I have received satisfaction. I am totally satisfied with the excellent service that I have received recently on changing to iiNet as their package of land line telephone(voip phone), mobile phone, internet and Fetch Entertainment is everything I hoped it would be.
