Do not bring your loved one here. They get you on ...

Do not bring your loved one here. They get you on the hook by making all these claims about what they can do but it is smokes and mirrors. They want your money. They claim they are an "at will" facility but use this as an excuse to not do their jobs. They also do not communicate or coordinate with outside providers of care. My uncle was in this facility. During the course of his stay, they let him lay in urine and feces for days, did not provide regular baths, they (nurses not doctors) manipulated his medication schedules, would not return update calls in cases more than 24 hours, would not check on him routinely, would not warm up the food we would bring, misdiagnosed him when he was already diagnosed, and ignored his concerns. We had to step in and do the work. Where is the care you are paying for? Several members from staff from social workers, nurses, to administration have literally told us and been caught in lies which is not only unethical but extremely alarming. Once we began to bring this concern up, they tried all these shady tricks to force us out. How about addressing the problems? The place looks nice on the exterior but it is just to cover up their communication lackings, ineffectiveness, and extreme inefficiencies. My uncle's health declined in the place in less than 30 days. Even though some of the staff (small portion) is pleasant, overall the majority we have encountered are not equipped to provide quality care.Stay away.
