One of the worst Medical Practices that I've ever dealt with. The whole staff, both the physicians and the office staff are extremely rude and unwilling to help. They wont put in your referrals, wont bother to make sure if they've taken care of your paperwork properly, wont return your calls, wont even make a note in their system that you even called.
I've been trying to get an insurance dispute, which was due to them not listening and INPUTTING MY NAME INCORRECLY, for six months now, still getting bills(double billed from Medical Diagnostic Imaging AND Labcorp, both bills for the same date of service, and in the process of trying to get this fixed and have my credit not be affected, I have been spoken down to, literally yelled at, and even hung up on(by the office manager, professionalism, am I right?) I regret ever going here. Seriously, it's not worth it, dont do it
