So I bought my car, a 2020 Jetta. Trey was my sales man and it was about closing time and he wasn't able to get my spare key so since he lives in the same apartment building with my brother, he told me he would drop it off the following day. I texted my brother a couple days after asking if he got the key and he said no. Since I had been told it was in the building but just locked in a draw and he didn't have the key, I went in 2 days after. I asked to talk to Trey and they couldn't find him nor the key. Some guy took my name and number and said that Trey had to order it and it'll be here in about 10 business days. I went 2 weeks later and again they couldn't find Trey. So another salesman took my name and number and said that he would call me and figure out what happened with the key. I called three weeks later, giving them plenty of time to order the key and get it shipped in and I spoke to Daniel Greene who said that he would let me know what's going on. Three hours went by and still nothing. So my dad had to call and then he asked to speak to Daniel who didn't order the key. So after some yelling from my dad he ordered the key and said that it would be in the building in 5 business days and that I would get a call. Nothing. So I called and spoke to Daniel who said they've had it for 3 days and someone was supposed to call me but I didn't see a miss call, I didn't have a voice mail. Then the guy I spoke to said that he did call and he was giving me a ton of attitude so I hung up and spoke to Daniel again and he set up an appointment. So then I asked when I got there, since they gave me such a hard time, if they could clean my car and Daniel said yes. After they programmed the spare key he came back and said that they couldn't clean it because of personal belongings. There was only trash and a seat cover but he didn't tell me what the problem was, they detailed my brother's car a month ago so I knew they were able to but he chose not to. I left a message for Maddie who is supposedly above them and will be able to fix the situation. I will never recommend this place or Trey. This was ridiculous.
