I had a great experience with them back in 2017 when they helped me get my first O1 successfully. Even though I've been hearing multiple negative experiences from others about working with them in the past few years, I still went with them again this time, for the reason that they know me and my case well.

I was totally wrong.

I do have to be clear that I have received my O1 renewal approved successfully in August, hence the one star. However, it absolutely does not worth the amount of stress, frustration and near heart-attack situations I went through.

It was a huge jumbled mess working with them this time, so to be clear I'm using bullet points -
- They filed my case on the ABSOLUTE LAST DAY of my legal presence in the US, which they've repeatedly promised was not going to happen. On the last day, I still couldn't confirm with them if my case had been mailed. I had to physically go into the office and make sure. Another friend of mine experienced the same thing a month later, so it is not a rare occurrence.
- The paralegal didn't really reply to emails. The worst wait was 8 days, and she constantly ignores a follow-up email as well.
- It took them more than FOUR months to file my O1 renewal, whereas it took them only two months in 2017 to file my first O1, a much bigger and complicated case.
- During the four months of working with them, I was in a constant battle trying to find out what was happening with my case. I don't get the point of having a lawyer when I am the person who needs to keep track of every step of the process. They've never confirmed any information with me.
