The service Dept is always great .... but once an Audi hits 100k miles , to much maintenance and cost of maintenance is involved. So if you drive a lot I do not recommend an Audi. Love the car and service people and how kind they are . But I traded it for a lexus :) very happy with the switch
Audi is a great car .
