I highly recommend Broward Impact Windows & Doors to anyone in the South Florida area that is in need of standard and custom windows and doors. This is the second job that Broward Impact Windows & Doors has done for me over the last 10 years. One home Lighthouse Point, and now my home in Pompano Beach.

My experience has been one of simplicity and great efficiency. Hector Hernandez was my point of contact for the sale and installation of the windows and doors, and his customer service trumps all those that I dealt with while trying to find a suitable installer. Hector provided me with all necessary information to make an informed decision, and walked me through the entire installation process from a welcome handshake, to a fond farewell goodbye.

I was given a specific timeline as to when the windows were to be installed - they were right on time and didn't miss a beat. Hector put me in contact with the installation team before beginning so that I would be able to instruct them of any special circumstances. The point of contact for that team was Gerard who ran one of the most respectful installation teams that I have ever seen: they were prompt, efficient, and respectful of my home. I felt very comfortable leaving them to work without me being there.
