This was the first time I had made a purchase from a car dealership. I really like the car that I got, but our sales person had said they would dye the fabric on the doors because there was staining. This didn't happen, and they had the car for four days after I purchased it. When I picked up the car, I don't think that it was cleaned at all because there was still makeup on the mirror from the previous owner. I'm not sure if car dealerships clean out cars before they sell them or not, but I had thought this was standard. The owners manual in the car was missing. Also, there is no service sticker for an oil change which worries me because I am not sure when I will need to come in for one. And lastly, the car was given to me on empty with the gas light on. After making a huge purchase on a car you would think that a dealership would at least have gas in the car. Once again, I like my car but I just expected more from a professional dealership with such good reviews.
