Very good company to work with. Our school had a 4 day trip to New York plan and we were on a budget. They worked with us, got us very nice hotel accommodations and non-stop flight, and checked in with us periodically to make sure our needs were being met. The whole process was pretty easy from beginning to end. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is there was some slight miscommunication at one point, but it was resolved pretty quick.

Overall, I plan on using NYG next year if we do the same school trip again!
