This place is an absolute cluster****. For starters, many of the numbers on their website are non-working. They haven't put my appointment history in my portal after 2 weeks. My PCM's name was Dr. Bridget Colgan. I went in for my first appointment and spent 10 minutes with a nurse before she realized I was the wrong patient. My doctor came in and had zero bedside manner. She showed no concern and seemed very nonchalant as I listed my many health issues. She asked about family medical history and I said I didn't know more about it than what was already listed because I don't know much about my family. She asked, "Why don't you know much about your family?" That's a very inappropriate question. She's a general practitioner, not a therapist. Very odd. I asked for a prescription for an inhaler, but my medical records weren't in yet, so she said I'd have to take an asthma test since she can't write a prescription without proof of an issue. That made sense. I got a call to schedule me for the test and they told me to bring my inhaler. I explained that the whole point of the test was so that I could GET one. They said that due to Covid I can't use the inhaler there, so they'd write me a prescription for one, so that I could take the test to prove that I needed one. Basically they gave me medication with no proof of the correlating illness. Next I call their medical records office to ask if my records are in yet. There are a few offices within medical records apparently, and they proceeded to transfer me 6 times between each other claiming that only the other office could help me, and vice versa. Next, she refused to give a referral to an OBGYN without my medical records. As if telling her I have daily pain isn't enough, I explained that I have female reproductive organs, and that alone is a reason to want to see a doctor who specializes in those things. A referral was still refused, which is odd considering she didn't seem to want to talk about my problems herself. If my experience was this unpleasant and disorganized for very simple things, I shudder to think of what would happen if someone went in for a serious issue or surgery. Avoid this place.
