I worked for this company for a year and some change. Originally got put with the fabrication shop here in Fayetteville, AR and after a year I split ways, packed my bags, and headed northwest to Colorado. Worst. Decision. Ever. Made.

Unlike the fabrication shop/ The Experience in Colorado shed some light on their behind the scenes behaviors and I would not recommend anyone make a career out of here unless you want to be picking up after the sub contractors, finishing their work, You ll have no set schedule (this is also partly because of weather so I won t entirely throw them under the bus for that, however dont worry your Saturday s will be mandatory and your sundays too if you have a plumbing license. With no promise that those will be overtime hours) you could clock in at 6 am and depending on who s crew you could be looking at coming home from 6pm- 12am with no lunch or breaks in between besides truck rides from 1 job site to the next or your average bathroom break. You will clock in anywhere from 6-7 and stand around til 9 on average for someone in the office to figure out where your working (or sometimes if your even working) Say anything to upper management they will either ignore you, or depending on the situation, you could be fired. They will get upset with you for them being incompetent for their own job and having yours done and ready to go when your suppose to. You will be sent home for this if you aren t Staying busy (with others work). Its the Kimbel way! There is no accountability if your in an office

I spent 2 and a half months in Colorado. With my personal experience in the blue collar field, I have never witnessed such a bad case of letting the freaks run the asylum. Their supervisors need training and half probably scrubbed, Upper management needs a cleaning too, as far as the actual work itself goes it s plumbing. Don t expect much. Paychecks are alright but in full disclosure the first month/ month and a half of being in state every single stub was wrong and I quickly picked up the habit of taking pictures of my clock in and out times or writing it down. You will get better at tracking your things.

Had it not been for the year experience prior, I wouldn t hold stock In this company. I do have hopes to see them clean up their act. I just have lil faith in the idea
