We had a superb experience at this resort, the room was stunning and large, breathtaking views and the resort facilities were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Many choices for food and beverages, The Deck, Whisky Bar, Cafe, Main Restaurant, Swim Up Pool Bar. The meet and greet form the boat was flawless, we travelled from holiday Inn Baruna and the resort managed everything. Juni welcomed us and look after us thought our stay in addition to Mega and Valerie who all went above and beyond with customer service and making us feel welcome. The only negative was the day spa the staff were not friendly and didn't communicate very well. We tried to book a couple spa and it was all too hard. We would 100% recommend this property and go back again perfect spot to surf playgrounds. The happily created a space for our boards near reception to abide carrying them up and down the hill.
