I was very disappointed on Sunday at the service I received. We were sitting near playground and someone broke a glass near the kids. I went up and asked the first staff member I found to clean. Her name was Isabella and I was told I have to ask someone else because she was running a function and was too busy. Annoyed, I walked inside and spoke to a manager on the pass, I believe her name was Ashleigh. I was told I have to wait 5 minutes for her to find someone to clean it. I went back to the area and waited 15 minutes, so I decided to pick up the glass myself, until a lovely girl called Steph saw us and ran to get a broom immediately. She apologised to us and was very kind. She is the only reason I didn t rate 0, as to put service above safety is not ok.
