Horrible...wait time...billion dollar company will not accept credit cards, every other health care company I have been with accepts credit cards. If you give them your bank account info, they will drain it and take out three months in advance, for ONE month. (I had no late payments, never missed a payment) Then take 8-12 months to reimburse their "overcharge" of your account for ONE month.
