I am very thankful the way my phone call with Reed went. He was so helpful and understanding. He broke down everything to me. On how to pay (phone, website or bu mail) and when I would receive the email 24/48 hours (removal from credit report, paid in full). I appreciate that. I m in the process of buying a house and he also wished me luck in the buying process. Thank you again Reed!
Now I m just waiting on the email that shows it will be removed!
