The customer service itself is at a fairly high level. But internally, the system leaves much to be desired.
The inconvenience is as follows: changing the name, you need to re-issue the card. OK. There is money left in the account. A bank employee said that I can remove them at the cash desk of any branch with a passport. OK.
I come to another department and it turns out that I can withdraw money at the box office of the department that serves me !!!
And how to do this, if the ticket office is open until 16:00, like the department itself, and I'm at work until 17:00 ????????
The binding to the office itself is inconvenient!
