At this moment, my rv is getting a new rooftop AC. Bad decision. They're probably overcharging me, and they've been treating me as if I'm a disgusting person who has no right to expect them to take care of my rig. I just drove and camped across 11 states. They complained loudly that my floors are dirty. This is when I found out they don't put anything down to protect the interior from mechanics shoes. In other words, I had to buy a drop cloth to protect my small parquet floor and dirty carpet, plus a furniture pad to cover my bed. Yes, the mechanics have no problem crawling on a stranger's bed in their work clothes. (AC is above the bed)
I left my rig plugged in this morning. It is nice they have electricity available, but they couldn't be bothered to park me in a proper spot, so it takes the entire length of cord to reach an outlet. They called me to complain. Unplugging it is too much of a bother for them. I am obviously the worst customer they've ever had.
I hope the owner reads this. If your employees were nice to me. I would have spent MONEY here. My rig is a 1993. You don't think it needs help?? I'm livid. I'm mortified. If things don't go smoothly when they finish, I might call a lawyer.

Hello! I've had my new AC in for over a month now. It's terrible. It works, and for that I'm thankful. BUT These people are the worst humans in customer service, so... it's like sleeping under an airplane propeller. It's so very loud, it blocks out every other sound. No conversations in the bedroom anymore. It's also very windy. It has 3 control settings, high, higher, and hurricane. My dog doesn't even like sleeping with it on. I think I wasted $2,000 plus 2 weeks of my life. Do not go here. They don't deserve your money.
If there are any lawyers out here who think I have a case, feel free to contact me! Otherwise, it's buyer beware. BEWARE
