Had an appointment for 12:30 and my Avalon was serviced at that time.
I requested an oil change and inspection. The Assistant Service Manager,
Tatiana Patino, spent time explaining the Multipoint Inspection which I received at .. no charge .. and answered a few other questions I had about my trunk release and exterior Pearl Paint. I have been returning for my service and part needs since I purchased my vehicle 10/1916 and always leave very satisfied.
