First of all my name is on file with Alberta ID giving personally to Asher MacDonald on December 06,2018. Me & my family attended meeting with Asher MacDonald and I handed over my personal cheque (ARSHAD MAHMOOD) of $10 k as retainer for Family and Civil matter for myself and my daughter who is dependent on me.
I don't want to open the whole box on Google review but your response compel me to do so. Asher MacDonald first promised to help in both cases but later he refused to act on Civil matter for no contact orders, however he demanded to replace cheque with $5,000 retainer but after discussion with me he agreed on $3,000 retainer deposit. I gave him my personal (ARSHAD MAHMOOD) Cheque #675 of TD Canada trust dated December 18,2018 which was cashed on the same day Dec 18,2018 into Macleod Law LLP trust account. If you need the copy of cheque I can post on Google Review. Later in one month received overcharged invoice of $5,600 with two different hourly rates and he withdraw as a counsel without helping us. If you still think that my name is not in your system then accountability Audit must be conducted by Law Society of Alberta.

I hope this is enough evidence to prove my name on the file as I'm acting on my daughter file # 134853 and she gave officially consent to Asher MacDonald. If you really want she can post another review with her own name and then all public will be aware about these review.

Now the case is with Review and Assessment Commission on this file for the accountability. Please don't try to prove wrong to us as we are affected by this Lawyer and MacLeod Firm and publicly giving message don't trust on Asher MacDonald Lawyer with MacLeod Law firm.

We had really bad experience with this Law firm dealing with Lawyer Asher Macdonald in Family matter and in less than one month of period time overcharged us and sent bill over $5.5 K charging two different hourly rates and left as a Counsel very unprofessional way. No ethic and very rude with the client. We don't recommend this Lawyer because they are only working for money not taking care of clients. Please think before retaining and see the Google reviews first. Don't waste your money.
