Yoohoo, I want to cancel my domain, but cannot access my account anymore. Have already contacted the chat, but don't go any further. The service has deteriorated so terribly. You can't even talk to anyone these days. I also emailed for help, but only my password will be reset and I can't get in yet. I want to cancel a domain. I will not pay for it anymore with an extension. I've tried my best to reach you, but you're failing. am done with it now.

This is by the way already my umpteenth complaint!
