Not so bad as "council" pools go, although obviously now it's run privately for a profit, it's still quite cheap at least.

BUT WHY DO YOU NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Seriously I've been trying to get through to them all day. They haven't even got an email address or an answer phone. If you walk over there there's always someone on the desk, so presumably they just sit there and let it ring?
