Worst Hotel ever i have stay in the name of Shangr...

Worst Hotel ever i have stay in the name of Shangri La, I'm sorry to say that this will be my first and last stay in Jen Hotel Penang (shame on you guys on the name of Shangri La)

1st - I've been staying tons of thousand various hotel brand in the world, by far your so call Jen by Shangri La has the world most smallest bathroom (comparing on average 4 and 5 star Hotel). Never in my life I've check -in / stay in a hotel that the bathroom are so cramp......

2nd - When I check-in to room, knowing that your floor are not carpeted and the floor was not vacuum or clean here, I can clearly see some debris and stain on the floor and makes me feel so YUCKSSSS , DISGUSTING AND EWWWW. In this critical COVID Pandemic time, you are suppose to clean and sanitize the room following SOP, but I don't see that, I have to personally go to my car to take the portable car vacuum and clean it myself and clean the floor with the towel. Because of my worries, I've to spray the whole room with anti bacterial spray my own here. A note to you guys, pictures capture and has been reported to KKM on how your hotel is offering an partial clean room to customer.

3rd - When i reach to your hotel lobby at about 1.30pm, you have 3-check-in counters with only 1 person there and that person is engage in a phone. Well, I know is a ghost month in Chinese, meaning you guys are having a unseen ghost there to serve customer for check-in? Haloo, you guys are under Shangri La name man, what kind of service is that? is 1.30pm +-, all your staff gone?

4th - Your portable shower faucet water pressure is the WORLD MOST LOW PRESSURE and sometime the water just stop coming out. i'm wondering whats wrong with it? There's no pressure problem on the water to the bathtub but when switch to the portable shower faucet, the water is so low pressure and making me uncomfortable to shower......Again you guys call yourself as Shangri La name?

No more for me to stay in your so call by the name of Shangri La, WORST EVER HOTEL IN MY LIFE .......

YOUR OPPOSITE COMPETITORS - WEMBLEY HOTEL ARE DOING MUCH BETTER JOB THAN YOU GUYS......
