This is a beautiful hotel. However attention to details has been lost. Room was barely cleaned when I returned. Bed was thrown together and she left dirty towels in the room despite my throwing them in tub. Bathroom plumbing and fittings need upgrading. It s an old building. Front staff needs to be taught some basic customer service skills. Priority is customers not friends and work mates. I called front desk a few times and there was no answer each time, gave up.
