I am 100 % pleased with my recent experience filing an auto accident claim at Safety Insurance No. Shore VIP Claims Center. Kate LeFevre and Nick Frenzo went above and beyond to assist me with filing my claim and explaining the repair process. I received a number of email updates and several phone calls from Nick Frenzo regarding the work being done to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle Nick went over all the work with me and answered all my questions throughout the process.
