Got new Honda civic 2016, and i had worst bad experience in this showroom, the car i got was just good from outside, under the car the whole molding was damaged, usually you dont see under the car how's the condition, this happened immediately after next day of my purchase, i have to stop in middle of highway, this showroom sold me this car as honda certified and has 7 year warranty, when i went next day they said dont worry you have warranty, what if there is no warranty and someone purchases a car and next day you get an issue you don't repair it for free? i got so many rude answers from this showroom, and there will be a reply to this review when i called them to escalate they dont even care, these review replies are just to attract customers and to showoff they care them, no matter how many times i go here they always try to rip off you from different services,

came for oil change and i had issue again with my molding and the guy who took my service is thinking to charge me for that which should be covered under honda warranty, i know and as i said these people will never change, i changed the airfilter 3 months back from another honda showroom and these people again tried to bill be for that.
the worst car service people in US goes to Mcdavid honda frisco
