The staff is great and compassionate but they tend to push as much as possible... sometimes feels like they don't even want to offer what is available... because it's sometimes available but for no real benefit to the pet or the owner...
The wellness program is just a line of credit, with discounts, which you may never utilize but if your pet has to be put down, you still have to pay for 12 months.
