I came in in lockdown with a whyte 801 hardtail with a broken hub and drive chain the explained to me how it happened and what to do in the future, they told me that it would take a long time to get the parts but they said if you wait a bit longer we can get the parts cheaper saving me 150 pounds. The service was excellent and they kept me updated on the matter. now I look forward to getting a full service on orange 5 in the winter.
do recommend they clearly care about what they do .
