If I could give them a negative star, I would!! Very unprofessional!! All wedding contracts are cancelled at the REAC and they no longer hosting weddings anymore. The management (Matt O Kane and Kandace Polz of the Fox Group) could not have handled this any more unprofessionally than they did. I do believe this space has never been successful and to Matt O'kane and Kandace Polz of the Fox Group (who is putting in residential condos)

Over the decades, River East Arts Center has gone through many incarnations: a nightlife hub as "North Pier," loft condominium development, and art gallery and special event center (if you can call it that). Unfortunately, not one strategy has succeeded in the now virtually abandoned two-city block space. Maybe if the fox group wasnt such shady businessmen you would be able to have much success in this space... Karma will catch up to you soon enough.
