Corruption throughout. Kids can't even drink out of drinking fountains at school but thank goodness these people work in a huge beautiful building and drive $50,000 cars.....
Reform the corrupt bureaucracy.
Stop allowing these people to get rich by promising kids a future and swindling them out of it!
