I attended the Surgical Day Unit yesterday for a minor procedure, and I want to say a huge thank you to ALL the staff I came into contact with. Without exception they were all unbelievably pleasant and caring - and the place was spotless! I first moved to TW in 1977 so have had experience of both the old hospitals, and I think we should be really proud of this wonderful new building, and the staff who seem to be equally proud to be working there
