Wow, if you like to be adventurous with your burgers you can't go wrong with Midtown Caboose. Here's the thing, don't assume that certain flavor profiles won't work together because you will be amazed. We did tried the Run Away Train and it was delicious, even without the apples the burger itself and the buns were outstanding. They also allow you to try the burger in a slider version, which is what is pictured. It tasted better than it looked. Service was great but as you might imagine it is quite busy with only outside dinning for the current Covid situation. If your in Tallahassee you have to give it a go, bring your adventurous side.
