If you want an low paying job with little commission this is the place to be. The district manager doesn t care and do his job at all. My first week, I didn t get
My first check until I had to call the department of labor office. We had meetings district meetings and the district and the team leads would curse us out like crazy, very disrespectful. They promote you and don t give you your correct pay. Not to mention, they would hire 6 people and give everyone 8 hours and expect for people to make plenty of sales. Last thing, they would make paint a pretty picture and tell you can get dental & health along with a few perks. All of it is not even worth it. They also lied about my PAY!!!
