Fantastic first rafting experience. The guides were super friendly and encouraging to all to participate in the unknown surprise stops along the route. Knowledgeable about the state park facts and funny!
I would not recommend for anyone to go here. They don't even deserve one star. I made reservations for my best friends Bachelor Party, after it took weeks for someone to call me back to make the reservations. I had guys fly in from Texas and Florida the morning of the excursion. When I called to say we were running late due to the flights, I was told not to worry and that they'd let the manager know. Yet when we arrived after an hour of driving, the buses had left and the lone employee left at the office told us that she was a peasant and that there was nothing she could do and the managers that she paged were unwilling to talk to me nor come to meet with us to make other arrangements. Ultimately leaving us in a park with nothing to do on a once in a lifetime trip for my best friend! I have called the owner and have also left him an email asking him to address the terrible incident. It has been 72 hours since I contacted him and have yet to hear back.
I've gone 3 years in a row, and love it every time. It's a very nice rafting experience with very small rapids that are perfectly safe for everyone in the family. Young/old I've seen them all on the rafts having fun. BIGGEST TIP, ASK FOR A DUCKY FOR YOUR GROUP, it's a single boat and makes the experience much more awesome being in your own. Plus the water level is always low, so it'll make getting through the river much easier as well.

Very nice tour. It's $45 for about a 2 hour tour. The guides are very good with children and the tour makes a pitstop at a waterfall. Would certainly plan on going to this if you have a chance.

We arrived early to take a picture with the bear and the attendant gladly made us a sandwich even though she wasen't open. Great customer service even in the off season.
We did the raft trip at Letchworth state park. The whole trip is very family friendly and well organized. Plan for around 4 hours and be sure to have a snack before you start. Our instructor Todd was very knowledgeable and the entire crew was friendly and fun.

My brother and I went rafting here on September 8th, 2018, it was a fun trip down the river, and it was neat to see the canyon in Letchworth State Park from the river perspective!
So much fun! Only thing that would of made it better would have been the water a little higher.
Take a day trip or take time to camp out nearby. Whatever you do, Adventure Calls Outfitters is a fun place for the family! The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. Whether you're more of the indoor or outdoor type, rafting will call everyone to teamwork!

Our first rafting experience. Very nice place and tour. Good for beginner level, as the current is not that strong. Suitable for children as well. Nice hiking trail near by as well. 5 stars!!!!

We rafted with Adventure Calls last Tuesday, staying at Letchworth State Park. While the water was low, and there were rocks to navigate, the staff was WONDERFUL!! They were all very friendly and extremely competent. They took us to a few very cool spots for swimming and photos. So glad we did it! Thank you !

Y all. The guides were amazing. This was only my 2nd rafting trip. The first was in more exciting waters, but we still had such a great time! Letchworth state park has lots of beauty to offer I would have never experienced had I not went rafting!
I rafted on 7/1/19, we were a misguided (guide-less) raft, and we had so much fun!!! The guys and gal were all so incredibly friendly!! Photo cred to Megan for the pics and a few of my own!! Are you looking for a fun adventure with lasting memories? Look no further than Adventure Calls Outfitters! We rafted with them this past weekend and had a blast! Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient with our kids, who were first-timers. The staff had a great sense of humor, without sacrificing safety! We loved the stop at the waterfall (we snapped fantastic pictures) and the amazing views of the gorge! We would definitely raft with them again the next time we are in the area!

Gorgeous and priceless. Took my senior trip there to go rafting. It was a lot of fun, and I'd highly suggest rafting. If that is not of interest, walking the trails is also a very scenic and beautiful option to go for.

It was great! Had a group of 31. When they first explain things I was thinking..hmm..can I get my money back? Don't! Lol...it was so much fun, I'm already planning my next trip!
The river was low but the guides helped us navigate the rocks and have a good time. Already planning another trip.
