The atrium is nice .. the spa is mediocre. The material * workmanship in the spa-pool section is not that good. The upper floors are naturally extremely narrow. For a better spa experience, try the nearby water training palace. By the way, the sauna has a view of the Caspian sea. It has a clean sauna. Does it deserve 50 manat? .. yes.
