I took my Yukon to the dealer where I bought it for the first service. It was NOTHING like Carr Chevrolet (previously had a Tahoe). So I called Michael Gallegos at Carr and he said he could take care of everything including any warranty issues. Michael always makes recommendations but never recommends something I don't need. One in particular is the coating on the windshield and Pia wipers. The other dealership - when asked about this - said they did not have it and I could buy it if an auto store might have it and apply it myself. Michael at Carr will order it for me if they don't have something - I will always go back to Carr Chevrolet for this reason. They have solutions for everything! Great customer service
