The ability to text is great and having a rental car covered is great. You got me in on the timeline I preferred. However, when I arrived someone had scheduled me on the wrong day (I have appointment conf in the text), no one was prepared for me, the rental car wasn't ready and they weren't even sure they had one for me. I can't sit in your lobby and work as we discovered last time that the wifi is not friendly to macs so I had to go to work and could not be hanging out waiting for things to be done/figured out. I ended up late to work.
