Baja Taqueria, previously a model of consistency and excellence, has experienced a slight decline in quality within the last eight months or so. The interior is comfortable and well-decorated, while the salsa bar has a wide variety of different options. While the food and service is still well above average for a taqueria, there have been a few noticeable mistakes recently. For example, when we ordered takeout last month, they gave us a spicy Cajun fish burrito instead of a chicken burrito, while the steak burrito had noticeably less steak and guacamole than usual, but I understand the difficulty that COVID-19 presents. Overall, I hope Baja Taqueria can return to their previous excellence rather than their current unpredictability.
