Terrible customer service. I have not had my cable working in almost a month. Can never reach anyone by phone it just rings and rings and can have sent multiple emails and still no one has called me to come fix it. If it was not for the fact that I absolutely need the wifi because I am working on a doctorate right now I would have cancelled and just gone without. And the wifi is not even that great, I was told I could have multiple devices using my service but if I am doing research on my laptop I can't watch netflix on my TV, it just stops and buffers all the time. And they know about the issue and I am still getting charged full price, if you are not going to fix my cable so I can at least watch it, don't charge me for it.
