Disappointed we used a voucher given my our son to celebrate our anniversary. He paid a lot of money for a deluxe room bed and breakfast. The bath plug would not seal and I could not have a bath. Informed the staff who said they would let house keeping know. No one came to our room to see the problem and no apology was given. I wrote to the manager 2 week ago but got not response. For a supposedly high star establishment it was disappointing and would not recommend the hotel to anyone else
